Microsoft promised that they'll bring more reputable apps to Windows Phone 8 users and today Instagram will be made available. The app reportedly features the same filters that iPhone and Android users have, but the experience will be limited to just photos and lacks video uploads. An rep from Instagram stated that 'We're not finished, and our team will continue developing the Windows Phone app to keep releasing features and bringing you the best Instagram possible.'
The app for the Windows Phone Store will go live at 11:00am PST (2PM EST).
