SEC Reporting Analyst (SEC | SOX | FSAB) (# 110285)

Position: SEC Reporting Analyst

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: Full time

Job Description:

This position is in KLA-Tencor’s Corporate Finance & Accounting organization in the Milpitas headquarters.

Responsibilities:

1) Prepare quarterly reporting package for management.

2) Assist with the preparation of SEC periodic reports including forms 10-Q, 10-K, XBRL, and the proxy statement

3) Implement and maintain procedures to ensure the timely accumulation of information necessary for financial reporting functions

4) Maintain documentation of compliance with financial disclosure requirement

5) Assist with the preparation of financial press releases

6) Assist with internal and external audit

7) SOX: compliance and audit requests

8) Ad hoc projects        

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines

2) Sense of urgency and curiosity and eye for details

3) Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done

4) Strong systems skills Fidelity, MS Office/Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA/MBA is a plus

At least 4 years of total work experience.
