MAG COVER: Megan Young for Cosmopolitan

The World's Most Beautiful! Megan Young shimmers (literal!) on the cover of Cosmopolitan Philippines November cover.

IMO: Megan Young is beautiful... it's just that this cover photo failed to impress me (not that my opinion's important) I mean, that awkward pose, the smile, the eyes, the dress, the make up... they just don't work (sorry, Megan).
