He left the nest years ago after graduating from James Madison University and has roomed with others in rental properties during that time. Now SWAC Son's a homeowner. A month ago he closed on his first house and immediately began preparing it to move in ... painting, cleaning, mowing, and weeding ... and is now completely moved in. Oh -- and the above robin's nest is perched on the pool fence. Congrats, Son ... we're proud of you. As Dr. Seuss said, "Oh, the places you'll go!"
