3rd Weigh In Results

Just a quick note to give results on Joel and I's weigh in on Friday:

Joel (6'): 228.6
Hilary (5'8"): 251.8

 

This means that I have now officially lost 12 pounds and Joel has lost 4 pounds.  Since Joel has decided to join me, we have both achieved steady losses :).  I'm so happy for us!
