Day 129 (Friday 3/13)

<p>Hey bloggers! Sorry I am a little behind on my Friday post! My sister spent the night last night so we had some fun together and I took a lil break!</p> <p>Friday was great. I got in my morning workout. <strong>32 minutes</strong> on the<strong> cross ramp</strong> and <strong>20 minutes</strong> of <strong>arm weights</strong>. I woke up with a horrible tooth ache and she fixed it!! Wouldn’t want to be heading off to Florida next week with a sore mouth!</p> <p>When I got back to work from the dentist I was hungry so I grabbed a <strong>banana</strong> for <strong>2 points</strong>, something soft for my sore mouth. Don’t worry, I let those grape nuts soften up before I ate it! One of my favorite smart ones. In between stops I snacked on a <strong>fiber one bar</strong> and a <strong>piece of string cheese</strong> for <strong>3 points</strong> total. (no pictures)We got a few great clearance deals at Target and some cold meds for DH. And we also picked up two pizzas for $6 at our local grocery store! What a deal! But don’t worry, I was good. I made a <strong>smart ones pepperoni pizza</strong> for <strong>8 points </strong>and let DH and my sis eat the pizzas.
