Everyday Cinnamon French Toast

Coat griddle or large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat.<br /><br />2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the bread.  Place slices of bread into the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.<br /><br />3.
