Job Title: Electrical design Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time
Job description:
Responsibilities:
1.Investigate using new ASIC and FPGA features to drive technical differentiation.
2.Specify and develop configurable and scalable IPs that can be reused by product groups across KLA.
3.Work with ASIC vendors to develop custom devices.
4.Develop rigorous test strategies and platforms for validation of prototypes
5.Support divisions during technology transfer and integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Proven track record in custom ASIC development
2.Design expertise required in the area of High Speed Low Noise Analog, Digital or Mixed Signal design.
3.Imaging systems experience is highly desired
4.Good communication skills with technical leadership is required
5.Experience in driving designs from early concept to product is desired
6.Past experience with Semiconductor or High Speed Inspection systems is desired
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience.
OR
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.
