Job Description:
The Real Estate and Facilities group is a corporate organization that is responsible for the management of all leased and owned property domestically and internationally. Facilities group provides Strategic and Tactical space planning, Construction Project management, Facilities Engineering, Facilities and Security Operations, and Site Services for our Milpitas Campus. The group also provides assistance for other domestic and international facilities with these services when requested.
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all the normal day to day work and service requests that are assigned to the Facilities Maintenance Group. In this role, the supervisor must be able to determine the most cost effective way to get the work done in established time frames. To accomplish this, the Facilities Supervisor must be able to manage both internal and external resources, provide technical information, and complete quality checks. Other responsibilities would include providing assistance to upper facilities management personnel with group gap analysis, training requirements, and maintenance budgeting and any other related duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred to be proficient in Microsoft Office which includes Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge in construction practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
