requires the ability to plan SW modules of 6-36 months in duration, work with team and to be technical and hands-on during the entire PLC.- Participate in all stages of software development including deployment/trouble shooting at customer sites.

- Must have good understanding of general SW principles and constructs
- Need to be able to work with hardware and systems/application groups to understand system requirements and map them to a software design.
- Interact with multi site team members (India & USA)
- Handle software sustaining activities
- Be able to communicate effectively, conduct technical presentations.
- Be able to conduct detailed analysis, consider the tradeoffs for the various solutions, and make decisions on which solution to implement and why.
Leverage on teams strength and abilities.
- Establish operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to team.
- Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas,
- Interact with multi site team members (India & USA)

Preferred Qualifications:
S/W skills:
Knowledge of C/C++/C#/.Net/MFC, COM, ATL, XML, Java, OOA/OOD/OOP
Experience with CMM, UML, Rational Suite, Clear case.
