Position: Sr. SAP Business Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time
Job Description:
Responsible for business engagement management between KLA-Tencor corporate IT functions and KLA-Tencor’s Service business.
Develop and manage key business relationships, understand and align strategic and business objectives.
Gather and define business requirements and enhance business processes. Support business during requirements gathering to understand their needs and provide guidance as needed.
Responsible for engaging Business, IT and Third Party Service providers/vendors for finalizing the technology, scope and budget/timeline.
Ensure project scope is clearly defined, reasonable budget and timelines are established for the given scope and project is resourced effectively to deliver the solution within the established budget and timeline. Provide project oversight and tracking, be able to report project status to senior management.
Responsible for prioritizing the business requirements and communication.
Qualifications/Education Desired:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of SAP Functional experience (Sales/Service, CRM, VC, etc).
- The candidate should have experience guiding Business teams in the right direction by suggesting new technologies and project implementation methodologies (agile).
- The candidate should be able to think out of the box, be innovative and challenge status quo while being conscientious.
- The ideal candidate is someone with extensive consulting experience in various technologies such as ERP (SD), CRM (Service), Reporting (BI & BOBJ), Web Applications that are bound to cater business services to a Service Division in Hi-tech industry.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree (Engineering/Business) with at least 7 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree (Engineering/Business) with at least 6 years of experience.
