Position: Financial/ Cost Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time
Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp finance professional to join our division finance team who will be responsible for monthly forecasting, strategic planning, ad-hoc analysis, management reporting, and presentations. The successful candidates will be a top performer who has a passion to champion improvements throughout the organization.
- Provide financial and analytical support for the division forecasts and results.
- Create and implement process improvement within the organization.
- Create or enhance reports and models to meet the business' needs and drive decisions.
- Prepare quarter end deliverables.
- Support operation with headcount requirement planning.
- Provide support for standards costing and other inventory review.
- Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close.
- Responsible for month- end closing procedures including journal entries, account reconciliations and other schedules/ reports.
- Develop/run ad-hoc reports as needed to support business decisions
We are looking for:

2) Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of Excel.
4) Fast learner with new tools and systems.
5) Ability to think strategically and proactively.
6) Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
7) Experience with SAP a plus.
Qualifications/Education Desired:
Flexible and adaptable; strong business acumen and understanding of functional linkages; excellent organization and analytical skills; detail oriented and thorough; self starter with a strong ability to partner and build relationships; ability to meet deadlines and prioritize; to troubleshoot and problem solve. High degree of initiative; demonstrated knowledge of accounting principle. Must be comfortable presenting data to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
