After a week of working out all 5 days, and eating just so-so, I am pleased to report a loss of one pound!  I hope to keep this momentum going next week as well.  My challenges were of the eating kind - fast food was an enticing option this weekend on more than 1 occasion.  Plus I failed on the water element as well.  But I did make it to the gym 2 weeks in a row for all 5 days!  And I lost a pound! Yay!
