Happy Friday everyone, we’re almost to the weekend! Let me first catch you up on my Thursday eats!
I whipped up a quick bowl of almond banana oatmeal for 4 points.
My morning snack was 1 c grapes for 1 point. Sadly these crispy guys are all gone now, time to go grocery shopping!
Kyle and I came home for a quick lunch break. I had a chicken salad wrap, carrot sticks, and 1/2c cottage cheese for a total of 6 points.
Thankfully my afternoon flew by and I headed down to hang out with my sister, Wendi, and Hayden!
Wendi and I got in a 40 minute power walk. Hayden stayed home with Grandma, it was a warm evening, but quite windy! We got in some good sister time! :)
My step Dad made supper tonight! I had 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich…
And a small cup of homemade chicken noodle soup for a total of 6 points. Good stuff! :)
It was a pretty exciting evening, we spent the majority of the time doing this:

I finally woke up and drove home. For some reason when I got home I was really snacky. I had a granola bar and a few bites of cottage cheese for 3 points.
