Howdy friends and happy Thursday!
I started mine out with my favorite breakfast combo, oatmeal, 1 T peanut butter, and a small sliced banana for 5 points.
I’m sure you guys are going to get sick of hearing about how crazy my job is right now, but man it just doesn’t slow down! I snacked on 1 c of grapes to hold me over till lunch for 1 point.
Kyle and I got to take our lunch break together today! Hooray! I had a ham & cheese sandwich…
And 1c cantaloupe for a total of 4 points! Mmm…good!
The afternoon flew by and at 5pm we had a baby shower at work (we work at the same college!) for my sister Wendi!
Mmmm…cookies! I was STRONG and didn’t have any!! ;)

After she baby shower I headed home to see Kyle a bit before he had to go to his night class. While catching up on each other’s day I snacked on a serving of animal crackers for 2 points.
Supper tonight was simple, but so good! I sautéed some squash in 1 t of olive oil, mixed it with 2 oz of whole wheat pasta, and 1/4c ff mozzarella for 5 points.
After supper Kyle headed to class and I went back to the office…for 3 more hours! I’m looking forward to next Friday at 4:30pm when I get off work, have a 3 day weekend ahead of me, and it’s the first home Hawkeye football game!!

Anyone have any fun weekend plans - I really don’t….Saturday we are going to take it easy, maybe do a little celebrating for my bday on the 29th, and then Sunday (my birthday) I have to work all day. Students moving in their dorms have to clear my office before they can get their room key!
