So once again I got up early and headed to the gym to get my workout in before work! I did the second day of my training program (cut 30 sec off my 1/2 mile time too!) and then got on the elliptical to finish it off. I am hoping to add some weights to my workouts soon as well. We went out tonight for drinks after work, so I knew FOR SURE I would not be working out after that!!
