A more complete account of what happened is reprinted below. And it is a warning what can happen to us today! With a deliberate sabotage of the electric grid system today, it would not be back on running for maybe some while after that. With enough sabotage, maybe America thrown into a modernized version of "The Dark Ages!"</span></div></div><div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: medium;">     I see on the internet both denials that the electric grid will be cut off and confirmations that it will be cut off but claimed for a brief time. What is so deadly in this situation is that I quietly picked up references from various sources that a "November Surprise" was to be set up for the American people. This is C.I.A. code meaning that they are planning a staged incident on up to overthrow of the government, etc. In this case, the obvious "November Surprise" they would be referring to would be a serious collapse of the electrical grid of America while under the front of a "national test" of the national electric grid. This could collapse the economy of America and give Obama the opening to stage a military coup and take over America as intended dictator for life. By exposure of serious evidence and testimony pointing to a conspiracy of high treason now going on from the White House under Obama, I hopefully have put too much heat on them in my national reports so they judge the risk is too great to try a collapse of America and military takeover of America. In case traitors try to make an attempt to overthrow the United States of America, I will declare that the location of Roanoke County, Virginia will be the starting location to set up a new national government for America. As for permanent location, that can be decided later. There are reasons for this choice of location. Also, I already have legal authority to set up a new national government for the 50 states of America if necessary and this will stand up as valid under international law. There were secret moves made to give America an alternative national government in case a high treason traitor like Obama arose in Wash., D.C. In fact one of the British Commonwealth Parliaments had already legally recognized our authority as valid under international law and so stated in writing! Hopefully a trade off occurs then of passing our proposed Omni Law instead of forcing us to play our trump card of legal authority will be adequate to force the claimed government in Wash., D.C. to start obeying the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights again as the national law of America. We won't let Obama become the planned dictator of America!</span></div><div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: medium;">     With the giant typhoon they say may be the biggest in history heading towards Vietnam and scheduled to hit it on Sunday, it is likely that Vietnam will want an immediate RV of its currency and China being its big patron will want this worldwide RV of currencies then to help the economy of Vietnam right after being hit with this super giant typhoon. It would likely provoke the living daylights out of China and many other foreign nations if Obama tried an electrical grid collapse in America  at the same basic time so this messed up the worldwide RV of foreign currencies. Hopefully Obama will recognize the immense pressure building against him not to try a collapse of the electrical grid of America and with the American people already warned what he might try, propaganda won't trick the people if he tries this. If this electrical grid collapse occurs, all the nation is going to want to hang Obama and any associates alive for high treason, etc.</span></div><div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: medium;">     Now changing the subject. One woman sent us an email which we answered yesterday if she could send us some of her Iraqi currency and we could use it to help finance the Omni Law after the RV. We said yes and would give her full credit in the Omni Law Loan Program for the final figure we get back then with an exchange of currencies. She asked where to send the Iraqi currency. We said send to our postal address of NIFI, P.O. Box 1465, Seneca, SC 29679. She could use probably Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or certified mail either way should work fine. We would allow this for either the Iraqi Dinar currency or else that of the Vietnam Dong. We have the right banking connections, so foresee no problem in exchanges when the right time comes for an RV. We felt it not right if we allowed her this special option and did not also allow it to others who have backed us or wish to at this stage.</span></div><div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: medium;">      Just walking it through a moment. Money we receive for the Omni Law Loan Program, we treat as loan money to help pass the proposed Omni Law which is posted on our national website. When the Omni Law is passed and when the time is ready, we expect we will have the leverage to get very quick passage of the Omni Law, then the loan program continues. We have $100 trillion in legal claims against Wash., D.C. and in large part due to criminal acts Obama had tried on us attempting to block this national drive. I am good at law and have engineered legal upsets before because I understand how law works. I plan for us to divert this $100 trillion in legal claims to money owed to Wash., D.C. which is apparently many times bigger than $100 trillion. We collect on $100 trillion of it and those who backed us through the Omni Law Loan Program will get divided pro-rata between them 10% of the net cash figure we collect. Any federal land turned over to us which will be used for the Camelot Project will not be part of this 10% royalty plan for the settlement plan. Really they are already in a legal trap on this land angle as I already have legal claim to this land if I push the alternative authority for a national government of America which I have legal grant to already from valid authorities. If the rest of the world is allowed to RV foreign currencies and Wash., D.C. is trying to say that Americans cannot do the same, I would consider this high treason and get ready to set up the new national government of America and arrest the traitors in Wash., D.C. once all states back us with their resolutions and authority to do this!</span></div><div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: medium;">     By the way, I have an offer still standing until the end of Nov. 14. If she understands correctly, they will totally bankrupt her under Obamacare and she is enraged at Obama for doing this to her. She commented that she will lose her only car that she is paying on with a bank and will be thrown into total bankruptcy by Obamacare as it appears now! Power stations in one utility's service area were interconnected by high-voltage transmission lines with other utilities' power stations generating electricity hundreds or even thousands of miles away. The idea behind this elaborate system was to enable power suppliers to balance generation and consumption of electricity across a wide geographic region, thereby improving service to consumers. The grid allowed utilities to efficiently provide enough electricity to during periods of maximum demand ("peak load") without wasting large amounts of reserve generating capacity simply to meet this peak for a few hours each day. Two major power grids-the Ontario-New York-New England pool (formally known as the Canada-United States Eastern Interconnection, or CANUSE area) and the Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland pool (the PJM interconnection)-together made up the northeast power grid, which provided a flexible network of power suppliers that could quickly meet fluctuating demands within the many parts of North America's most densely populated region. While the grid, which remains intact today, has proven to be highly effective, the night of November 9, 1965 serves as a reminder of how thoroughly our electricity-dependent lifestyles are tightly interwoven with the complex workings of a massive but often overlooked technological system.<br />At 5:27 p.m., November 9, 1965, the entire Northeast area of the United States and large parts of Canada went dark. From Buffalo to the eastern border of New Hampshire and from New York City to Ontario, a massive power outage struck without warning. Trains were stuck between subway stops. People were trapped in elevators. Failed traffic signals stopped traffic dead. And, at the height of the Cold War, many thought Armageddon had arrived. One pilot flying over a darkened New York City stated, "I thought, 'another Pearl Harbor!'" By 5:40 p.m. that evening, 80,000 square miles of the Northeast United States and Ontario, Canada, were without power, leaving 30 million people in the dark.<br />New York City was particularly hit by this blackout, due to its reliance on electricity for nearly all aspects of city life. Office workers, ready for an evening at home with their families in the suburbs, were forced to find alternative lodging, some seeking shelter in their offices or on benches in Grand Central Station. Theaters closed for the night. The "Great White Way," Times Square, usually a glimmering crossroads of light, was covered in darkness. Thousands of travelers stranded in New York were forced to sleep in hotel lobbies, leading the Times to report that the "city's hotels looked like biovac areas." Approximately ten thousand commuters were stuck on subway cars, unable to escape the darkened tunnels. By midnight, the Transit Authority began sending food and coffee to those trapped underground.<br />Despite the confusion and disarray, New Yorkers spent the night in peace. There were no riots or widespread looting. Instead, New Yorkers helped each other. Some directed traffic. Others assisted the New York fire department as they rescued stranded subway passengers. In many cases, New Yorkers just shared extra candles and flashlights with neighbors, reveling in the opportunity to get to know the people who lived across the hall.<br />By 11 o'clock, the power was restored in 75 percent of Brooklyn, and by 2 a.m., the borough was fully equipped with electric power. By midnight, much if the Bronx and Queens were lit. And, at 6:58 a.m., almost fourteen hours after the massive blackout struck New York, power was restored citywide.<br />It took six days to locate the cause. Federal Power Commission investigators found a single faulty relay at the Sir Adam Beck Station no. 2 in Ontario, Canada, which caused a key transmission line to disconnect ("open"). This small failure triggered a sequence of escalating line overloads that quickly raced down the main trunk lines of the grid, separating major generation sources from load centers and weakening the entire system with each subsequent separation. As town after town went dark throughout the northeast, power plants in the New York City area automatically shut themselves off to prevent the surging grid from overloading their turbines. Within a quarter of an hour the entire CANUSE area was down. As he sat down for a two-song encore after signing records and T-shirts for some front-row fans, he mentioned again that he’d thought he was losing his voice. The crowd, he said, brought it back for him.</p> <p></p> <p>See Where Elton John Ranks on Our 100 Greatest Artists List</p> <p></p> <p>The truth was, the piano pounder’s expert band propped up that voice for him, with percussionist John Mahon hitting the falsetto notes, longtime sidemen Nigel Olsson and Davey Johnstone lustily belting those famous backup lines (“don’t let the <em>su-u-un</em> . . . “) and a wrecking crew of backup singers, including Tata Vega and Rose Stone (Sly’s sister), doing their best to bring church service to the arena.</p> <p></p> <p>Noting that he opened the venue with a show nine years ago, Sir Elton brought a state-of-the-art stage design, with a mesmerizing high-tech chandelier twinkling overhead. A digital display embedded in the semicircular, cantilevered back half of the stage changed from an image of a gently waving American flag during “Philadelphia Freedom” to somber rows of crosses on the new ode to fallen soldiers, “Oceans Away.”</p> <p></p> <p>John’s new album, <em>The Diving Board</em>, a collection of piano ballads and would-be pop songs too stripped down to be hits, is his second in a row (following his collaboration with Leon Russell) to consciously avoid flourishes aimed at radio. (Roots champion T Bone Burnett produced both albums.) “It’s the most adult record I can make at my age,” John said earlier this year.</p> <p></p> <p>But in a concert aimed straight for the heart of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer’s majority of fans – he played 28 songs, half of which hit the Top 40 – the handful of new songs he slipped in held up well.  “Voyeur,” in particular, built to the full, lush orchestral sound the singer has made his trademark.</p> <p></p> <p>If he’s content at this point to make intimate records that please himself, Elton John knows better than most which side his bread is buttered on. “It’s an amazing life I lead,” he said before introducing his band. “I love it so much, the connection between both of us.” In that relationship, the “other” is his collective audience, and he loves to love them, and to be loved.</p> <p></p> <p>The show began with the complete first side of <em>Goodbye Yellow Brick Road</em>, from the epic “Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding” to “Candle in the Wind” and “Bennie and the Jets,” with the latter drawing a huge roar after one chord. On the next song, “Grey Seal,” from the same album, the singer playfully stuck out his tongue as Johnstone hit a hard lick on his Les Paul.</p> <p></p> <p>Two enthusiastic electric cellists, Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser, helped bring “Levon” to a serious gallop. The bandleader plucked the players from Croatia, he explained later: “They’re both very cute, I think.”</p> <p></p> <p>Deep cuts and notable wild cards included “Holiday Inn,” from the album <em>Madman Across the Water</em>, written on John’s first tour of the U.S., and “Hey Ahab,” from the Leon Russell album. But it was the biggest hits, of course, that drew the biggest grins. <div id="yom-ad-LREC" class="yom-ad yom-ad-LREC"> <center> <div id="yom-ad-LREC-iframe" class="yom-ad"></div> </center> </div> <p><br></p> <p>By Noreen O’Donnell</p> <div class="body-slot-mod"> <div class="yom-remote"> <div class="yom-loading" id="mediacontentrelatedstory_container"></div> </div> </div> <p>(Reuters) – A Utah doctor was found guilty early Saturday of murdering his wife by drugging her with pain killers and sleeping pills and drowning her in a bathtub, local media reported.</p> <p>The verdict against Martin MacNeill, 57, came more than six years after Michele MacNeill was found unconscious in the bathtub in the couple’s home south of Salt Lake City.</p> <p>The verdict came about 1 a.m., after the jury had deliberated for 11 hours, according to the Deseret News.</p> <p>MacNeill’s death was originally ruled natural, due to “chronic hypertension and myocarditis,” according to court documents.</p> <p>But three years later, at her children’s urging, a second look at her toxicology report prompted the chief medical examiner to change the cause of death to the combined effects of heart disease and drug toxicity, and the manner of death was classified “undetermined.”</p> <p>Last year, Martin MacNeill was charged with first-degree felony murder and second-degree felony obstruction of justice.</p> <p>He was accused of giving his 50-year-old wife drugs after insisting she get a facelift. She had the plastic surgery about a week before she was discovered in the tub by her then 6-year-old daughter, the youngest of her eight children.</p> <p>MacNeill and a neighbor tried to resuscitate her but were unsuccessful, testimony showed.</p> <p>His motive was his mistress, Gypsy Willis, a younger woman whom he moved into the family’s home within weeks of his wife’s death, according to prosecutors.</p> <p>MacNeill showed no emotion as the verdict was read, but he hugged defense attorney Randall Spencer and said, “It’s okay, really,” the Deseret News reported.</p> <p>MacNeill’s daughters Alexis Somers and Rachel MacNeill, who had fought for years for an investigation into their mother’s death, cried out when the verdict was announced.</p> <p>“We are just so happy he can’t hurt anyone else,” Somers said afterward, tears streaming down her face, the newspaper reported. “I can’t believe this has finally happened. We’re so grateful.”</p> <p>She said the Provo courtroom was filled with people who had loved her mother.</p> <p>“We’re absolutely thrilled,” prosecutor Chad Grunander told CNN after the verdict. <div id="yom-ad-LREC" class="yom-ad yom-ad-LREC"> <center> <div id="yom-ad-LREC-iframe" class="yom-ad"></div> </center> </div> <p><br></p> <p>By Nate Raymond and Jonathan Stempel</p> <div class="body-slot-mod"> <div class="yom-remote"> <div class="yom-loading" id="mediacontentrelatedstory_container"></div> </div> </div> <p>NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. government urged that Bank of America Corp pay $ 863.6 million in damages after a federal jury found it liable for fraud over defective mortgages sold by its Countrywide unit.</p> <p>In a filing late Friday in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the government also asked for penalties against Rebecca Mairone, a former midlevel executive at the bank’s Countrywide unit who the jury also found liable, “commensurate with her ability to pay.”</p> <p>The government said the penalties were necessary to punish the bank and Mairone “and to send a clear and unambiguous message that mortgage fraud for profit will not be tolerated.”</p> <p>Bank of America and Mairone were each found liable for defrauding government-controlled mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac through the sale of shoddy loans purchased from Countrywide in 2007 and 2008.</p> <p>The case centered on a mortgage lending process at Countrywide, which Bank of America bought in July 2008, known as the “High Speed Swim Lane,” or alternatively “HSSL” or “Hustle.”</p> <p>The government said Countrywide’s program emphasized and rewarded employees for the quantity rather than the quality of loans produced, and eliminated checkpoints designed to ensure that loans were sound.</p> <p>The penalties the government requested are slightly higher than the amount lawyers in the office of Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara had previously indicated they would seek, $ 848.2 million. The amount is based on the gross loss Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac incurred on the HSSL loans, the government said.</p> <p>Bank of America, the second-largest U.S. bank, has previously said it is evaluating its options for appeal. It is scheduled to respond to the government’s penalty request by November 20.</p> <p>“We believe the filing overstates the volume of loans and the appropriate measure of damages arising from one narrow Countrywide program that lasted several months and ended before Bank of America acquired the company,” Lawrence Grayson, a spokesman for the bank, said Saturday.</p> <p>In its filing, the government did not said it was holding off on recommending an amount to penalize Mairone until after it analyzed a financial disclosure form she provided Friday. The government also raised the question of whether Bank of America may indemnify her for the penalty.</p> <p>Mairone joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. after leaving the bank. Her lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday.</p> <p>Penalties will be assessed by U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff, who presided over the four-week trial in Manhattan.</p> <p>The October 23 verdict was a major victory for the U.S. Department of Justice, which along with other regulators has been criticized by investors, politicians and others for failing to hold banks and individuals accountable for their roles in events leading up to the 2008 financial crisis.</p> <p>Bank of America paid $ 2.5 billion for Countrywide, but analysts have said that acquisition has since cost the Charlotte, North Carolina-based bank tens of billions of dollars for litigation, loan repurchases and writedowns.</p> <p>In October, Bank of America disclosed that staff of an unspecified U.S. Attorney’s office plan to recommend that the Justice Department file a civil action against the bank related to the securitization of mortgages.</p> <p>And in August, the government filed two civil lawsuits in North Carolina accusing the bank of understating the risks of about $ 850 million of mortgage securities. The bank moved to dismiss those case Friday.</p> <p>The Hustle case, like some other financial crisis cases recently pursued by the government, was brought under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act, a law passed after the 1980s savings-and-loan scandals.</p> <p>That law carries a lower burden of proof than criminal cases, and a 10-year statute of limitations in which to bring cases, twice as long as in typical securities fraud cases.</p> <p>The case is U.S. ex rel O’Donnell v. Don't count on FSU, which won't play a team with a winning record the rest of November, to drop a game. People came all the way to California to watch a light show. Instead, they saw one of the best offenses of the past few years relegated to garbage-time touchdowns. Mariota acknowledged after the game he was "a little banged up" but that his knee wasn't a major factor.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">This was terrible timing for Oregon, which relied too much on Mariota's arm (20-of-34 passing, 250 yards) in an offense that thrives when Mariota is a threat to run.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">The Ducks didn't help themselves with careless play. Coach Mark Helfrich should have taken three points on a first-quarter drive but instead opted for a fourth-down, overthrown fade route at the goal line. An <a class="playerLink" href="http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/players/playerpage/1880851/ifo-ekpreolomu" style="color: #6e8dcf; text-decoration: none;">Ifo Ekpre-Olomu</a> interception overturned by a holding penalty hurt, followed by costly fumbles by Mariota and De'Anthony Thomas within scoring range.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">"We just weren't able to finish drives," Mariota said.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">The Ducks hung around, returning a late field goal block for a touchdown and recovering an onside kick that Mariota converted to a score, a beautiful 12-yard pass to <a class="playerLink" href="http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/players/playerpage/1996157/pharaoh-brown" style="color: #6e8dcf; text-decoration: none;">Pharaoh Brown</a> on fourth down with 2:12 left.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">But it was far too late. Stanford is built to play with a lead.</div><div style="line-height: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 0.6em;">"I've got to prepare them better," Helfrich said.
