The film and scatterometry division, conceives, develops manufactures and markets film and optical CD metrology equipment for the front end semiconductor manufacturing process counting all major semiconductor manufacturers amongst its key customers.</span></span></div><div class="MsoPlainText"><br /></div><div class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">The successful candidate will be responsible for defining new products within the product lifecycle process including defining requirements, deciding the technology required, setting priorities for the development team, selecting and working with test partners and managing product launches. In particular this position relates to Strong leadership across differing functional groups and effective communication with executive management will be key elements to success in this role.</span></span></div><div class="MsoPlainText"><br /></div><div class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process and the importance of metrology tools and techniques in improving process control and will likely have worked in a wafer fab environment.
