Can Obama fix Obamacare? [ BeritaTerkini ]

<div id="yom-ad-LREC" class="yom-ad yom-ad-LREC"> <center> <div id="yom-ad-LREC-iframe" class="yom-ad"></div> </center> </div> <p><br></p> <p>Former President Bill Clinton made headlines when he suggested President Barack Obama “fix” the Affordable Care Act so that Americans who are losing their health care plans could keep their coverage.</p> <div class="body-slot-mod"> <div class="yom-remote"> <div class="yom-loading" id="mediacontentrelatedstory_container"></div> </div> </div> <p>But at this stage, is a fix even possible?</p> <p>Yahoo News canvassed a number of healthcare and legal experts to find out how such a fix would work and if it’s feasible for the more than 3 million Americans and counting who have lost their plans to have their cancellations reversed.</p> <p>• <strong>Is an across-the-board fix to the cancellations even possible?</strong></p> <p>Probably not, according to multiple sources contacted by Yahoo News.</p> <p>“In my view, as politically appealing as President Clinton’s suggestion is, it would be extraordinarily hard at this late date to reverse course, given all the changes that already have taken place in the insurance market,” said Jonathan Oberlander, a professor of Social Medicine and Health Policy & Management at UNC-Chapel Hill.</p> <p>Another policy expert, who asked to remain anonymous, said they do not see how it would be done, because, in effect, it would cancel the insurance market reforms.</p> <p>The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, depends on healthy and wealthier individuals paying premiums in order to subsidize the plans that cover the sick and the poor. Without those healthy and wealthier individuals paying for coverage they won’t use very often, the ACA can’t afford itself.</p> <p>That means grandfathering in all individual policies now would essentially strip away funding necessary for Obamacare to survive.</p> <p>“To now grandfather in policies sold in 2013 would destabilize the insurance risk pool, threatening the ability of the law to do what it was intended to do from the beginning — to end health status underwriting,” Timothy Jost, a professor at Washington & Lee University’s School of Law, told Yahoo News.</p> <p>Jost adds that expanding the grandfather clause to policies sold in 2013 cannot be done without changing the law, “and such a change in the law would be inadvisable.”</p> <p>“To help out the people the administration wants to help out, plans that have lost their grandfathered status would have to see that status restored retroactively,” Nick Bagley, an assistant professor of law at the University of Michigan, explains in a blog post. “The Supreme Court, however, has held that retroactive rulemaking is a no-no. I don’t see how HHS [Health and Human Services] gets around that precedent.”</p> <p>Bagley told Yahoo News that “the politics of this are miserable. The administration will be quite reluctant to open the door to a legislative fix. A ‘fix’ from a hostile Congress could undermine healthcare reform, not improve it.”</p> <p>• <strong>What are the possible fixes being proposed?</strong></p> <p>President Barack Obama hasn’t explained what his plan is yet.</p> <p>Friday, the House is expected to take up Republican Rep. Fred Upton’s bill that would allow insurance companies the option of continuing existing plans for one year. Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu has sponsored a similar bill that extends the grandfather clause permanently as long as individuals pay their premiums on time.</p> <p>Both bills relieve insurers of the obligation to adhere to ACA requirements, according to Bagley, meaning the insurers could reissue cancelled individual plans if they choose. But, Bagley adds, there is nothing in either bill that requires insurers to stay in the individual market.</p> <p>As Oberlander put it, “If somehow President Obama could magically wave a wand and put things back as they were, there is no guarantee insurers wouldn’t cancel plans or dramatically raise rates the next year.</p> <p>“Then again,” he added, “lots of unanticipated things have happened in health policy, so I wouldn’t rule anything out.”</p> <p>• <strong>How many people would a potential “fix” even affect?</strong></p> <p>Probably not very many.</p> <p>When asked if any fix Obama considers would likely impact only those individuals who don’t qualify for government subsidies <em>and</em> whose premiums are higher than they can afford, White House spokesman Jay Carney responded, “It’s a fair characterization of people who are most affected by this problem.”</p> <p>“It’s obviously not every individual in the individual market today, but beyond that I’m not going to get into defining the population here,” Carney said.</p> <p>So many individuals who like their plans and want to keep them – like Edith Sundby, whose editorial in the Wall Street Journal gained widespread attention – will almost certainly still face cancellations.</p> <p>• <strong>What will Obama do next?</strong></p> <p>“The president has instructed his team to look at a range of options,” Carney said Tuesday. “We haven’t announced any potential fixes or moves we might make to address this problem.”</p> <p>When pressed for a timeline, Carney said: “I don’t have a timeline for it, except the president asked for something, and when he asks for something, people tend to work on it pretty quickly.”</p> <p>Obama may be forced to announce his plan by Friday if Congressional Democrats are to avoid backing the Upton bill.</p> <p><em>Dylan Stableford and Jay Hart contributed to this story.</em></p> <ul id="topics" class="hidden"> <li>Politics & Government</li> <li>Health Care Policy</li> <li>Barack Obama</li> <li>Former President Bill Clinton</li> </ul><p></p> //<!--[CDATA[ jQuery(".gmframe").load(function (){jQuery(this).remove();}); //]]--> <br><br>

<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><img src="http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/i/2013/11/08/lone-survivor-mark-wahlberg.jpg" width="600"/><br /><p>Mark Wahlberg has never been one to shy away from the truth.</p><br /><p>Even so, at the premiere of Lone Survivor at the AFI Festival Tuesday night in Los Angeles, the veteran actor and producer shocked the audience with his candor about his role in Lone Survivor, an adaptation of Petty Officer Marcus Luttrell's account of his Navy SEALS mission in Afghanistan in July of 2005, which director Peter Berg recreates with harrowing, explicit, and relentless precision.</p><br /><p>When Wahlberg took the stage with Berg and Petty Officer Luttrell after the credits rolled for a brief Q&A, he looked distraught and distracted. After Luttrell explained how he and Berg teamed up for the film, the moderator turned to Wahlberg to ask about his rigorous training and the rough shoot. Wahlberg looked visibly pained by the question and started on what would become an almost five-minute monologue. 'For actors to sit there and talk about 'oh I went to SEAL training'? I don't give a f-ck what you did. You don't do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as being in the military? How f-cking dare you, while you sit in a makeup chair for two hours,' Wahlberg said.</p><br /><p>He continued: 'I don't give a sh-t if you get your ass busted. You get to go home at the end of the day. You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order your f-cking chicken. Whatever the f-ck it is. People talk about what do we do to bond the way that those guys bonded. We just knew what they did. It didn't matter. I didn't have to say a word to Emile [Hirsch] or a word to Taylor Kitsch, Ben Foster...who's my brother even though he's the kind of actor who wants to continuously debate the debate and everything else...and I love him for it. I gave him half my salary...whatever I gave him...to do it because I knew how great he was and for us to be on that mountain together and in the end I could just look at him and it would break my heart knowing that that's my brother and I may never see him again. But it just seems like so much more than that.'</p><br /><p>'I've done the movies where I talk about God. I trained for four and a half years and I was 'The Fighter' and f-ck all that. It really means nothing. I love Marcus [Luttrell] for what he's done and I'm a very lucky guy to do what I do and I'm proud to have been part of it, but it's just so much bigger than what I do. I love Pete [Berg] for what he did and how committed he was,' he said. 'He would never let any one of us forget about what was important in the course of making the movie and whether it was Marcus or the other SEAL guys, if they saw something that didn't ring true, I don't care if it was going to be the biggest stunt sequence in the movie, they would cut, call bullsh-t, and grab all of us by the f-cking neck and say 'no do it this way, and do it right and make it real' and if you don't it's a problem. I was really proud to be a part of that.'</p><br /><p>Wahlberg finished by saying, simply: 'I'm sorry for losing my sh-t. Don't ask any more questions tonight.'</p><br /><p>Berg attempted to lighten the mood by grabbing Wahlberg's arm and reassuring the audience that it had been a long night, to which Wahlberg replied 'no, it's just getting f-cking started. I'm going to find my f-cking second wind and we're going to celebrate this f-cking movie. But don't ask me any more questions.'</p><br /><p>Lone Survivor opens in select theaters on Dec. 27, and in wide release on Jan. 10, 2014.</p><br /></div>

The exception, which Euteneuer was sure to point out, was Apple. He only noted that he doesn't know what Apple is doing with the next iPhone, or whether it will jam in compatibility with all three frequencies.</p><br /><p>The triband capability is critical to improving the speeds on Sprint's network, which has been a knock on the carrier with the company slow to upgrade to 4G LTE. The triband capability is key to Sprint Spark, its brand for even faster LTE service. Even as smaller T-Mobile surpasses Sprint in markets and people covered and Verizon and AT&T press their LTE advantage, Sprint has been slow to respond and losing customers.</p><br /><p>Euteneuer said he sees the customer turnover rate falling as the company works to improve network coverage. The company is also working off Nextel business customers who waited until the last day before the network shut down before canceling their lines, which also included associated Sprint accounts as well.</p><br /><p>Down the line, Sprint plans to stand out through a higher speed network, Euteneuer said. The different frequencies and their higher capacities allow for a faster connection, he added. Verizon Wireless, for instance, said it is targeting speeds of 8 megabits to 12 megabits a second once it expands its network with new spectrum. Euteneuer said he would plan to top those speeds.</p><br /><p>'The goal is to go faster,' he said. 'You'll be pretty happy with the experience.'</p><br /><p>Euteneuer also teased different pricing plans or features to come in the fourth quarter that would 'demonstrate our creativeness and refocus our sales.'</p><br /><p>Sprint has long pegged its core service to unlimited data, recently going further and offering a lifetime guarantee for unlimited data. But Euteneuer hinted unlimited could come to an end, and said it would stop if it no longer became viable.</p><br /><p>'We're trying to protect unlimited for as long as possible,' he said. 'We believe we have a long runway with it.'</p><br /><p>Euteneuer also disclosed that Sprint was not going to bid for additional spectrum in the upcoming H-block auction. Sprint had been seen as a lead bidder for the spectrum, but Euteneuer said the company was deterred by the government restrictions and said it would focus on lower band spectrum. There was already limited interest in the spectrum because it was separated from a potentially larger swath of auction for further down the line.</p><br /></div>

Photograph: Filippo Monteforte/AFP/Getty Images</p> </div> <div id="article-body-blocks"> <p>Romans are staying at home or shielding themselves with umbrellas before venturing out this autumn as the city is bombarded with tonnes of slippery and foul-smelling excrement by millions of migrating starlings.</p> <p>The problem is annual, but this year the cash-struck city has failed to muster the 40,000 euros it usually spends on hiring 20 people to walk under plane trees lining the Tiber – where the birds roost en route to Africa – with loudspeakers in order to scare them off with recordings of the screeching noise starlings make when predatory falcons approach.</p> <p>Without this critical deterrent, the usually manageable problem has become a plague this year, with pavements, benches and monuments unrecognisable under a crust of guano. Roads have become a slick of waste, sending scooter riders skidding.</p> <p>“During their stay in Rome, the birds fly out in the countryside and eat olives off the trees, so their mess becomes oily and more dangerous for mopeds, which have been involved in accidents,” said council spokeswoman Raffaella Mercolella.</p> <p>The loudspeaker-wielding council workers usually head out at dusk, when the birds return from foraging.</p> <p>“The recordings are efficient, but they usually start in October,” said Mercolella, adding that this year, the city’s budget was being approved with a “huge delay” due to council elections earlier this year. (USATSI)<br /><p>The Buffalo Sabres announced a massive front-office shake-up in a press conference on Wednesday morning.</p><br /><p>Buffalo is parting ways with coach Ron Rolston and longtime GM Darcy Regier, the fourth-longest tenured GM in the NHL.</p><br /><p>As an immediate replacement, the team will re-hire former coach Ted Nolan as an interim coach and former Sabres legend Pat LaFontaine as the president of team operations.</p><br /><p>'My goals for this organization have not changed,' Sabres owner Terry Pegula said on at the press conference. 'I talked with Pat last week and he said I've never won a Stanley Cup but I can't think of a better place to win one.'</p><br /><p>LaFontaine said that there's an on-going search for a new GM, and he already has a short list of candidates. LaFontaine also said that he would finish out the year with Nolan as his interim coach.</p><br /><p>'I couldn't be more excited, couldn't be more proud to lead this franchise,' LaFontaine said.</p><br /><p>LaFontaine's No. 16 was retired by the Sabres after playing for the team from 1991-1997.</p><br /></div>

The drivers, who are independent, want freedom from onerous and unfair regulation, and they are demanding a voice in the regulatory process.<br /><br />The drivers just recently formed the Washington, D.C. Taxi Operators Association, which is affiliated with <a href="http://teamster.org/" rel="nofollow">Teamsters</a> Local 922. They quickly found their voice. Last week, <a href="http://www.dclabor.org/ht/display/ArticleDetails/i/112655" rel="nofollow">they filed a lawsuit to</a> stop the regulations and elicited an apology from the mayor's spokesman for saying Washington has a 'third-world taxi system.'<br /><br />Jesse Black, a 40-year D.C. taxi driver, said:<br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">The city is hell-bent on destroying our livelihoods at any cost. This is an honorable profession that has a proud history in the District of Columbia of giving African Americans and immigrants the ability to provide for their families. It’s shameful that the city wants to kill off our good, middle-class jobs.</blockquote>Said driver Kolawole Akinadewo:<br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">All over the city drivers are having their vehicles towed and impounded without due process. It is outrageous that rather than working with drivers to educate them and give them more time, inspectors are destroying the livelihoods of families who already struggle every day to make ends meet. </blockquote>During today's meeting the drivers are speaking out against proposed regulations that would force hundreds of drivers off the streets by restricting older-model vehicles. Ferline Buie, president of Teamsters Local 922, said,<br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">Drivers are fed up with not having a say in the rules and regulations that affect their lives every day. Now we confront a new issue – the new vehicle age policy. The Magic Of Macy's Sends Shares Soaring On Strong Profit, Revenue

Retail company Macy's (which also owns Bloomingdale's) reported strong third quarter earnings Wednesday morning, beating the other street - Wall Street, that is - on profit and earnings. As a result, its shares are soaring by over 7% in pre-market activity.</p><br /><p>The company reported third quarter revenue of $6.28 billion, coming in above analyst consensus of $6.18 billion and representing a 3.3% increase over the same quarter in 2012. Third quarter net income came in at $177 million, resulting in earnings of 47 cents per share, a 31% increase over this time last year and easily topping Street predictions of 38 cents per share.</p><br /><p>Macy's chairman and CEO Terry Lundgren said the results are particularly notable given the 'tepid economic climate' of the quarter, which ended on November 2 and therefore included consumer spending that occurred during the government shutdown in October. He attributed the increases in profit and revenue to a marketing push. '[B]usiness in the third quarter benefited from intensified marketing strategies to emphasize the outstanding value in our merchandise deliveries,' Lundgren said in a statement Wednesday morning. 'Both Macy's and Bloomingdale's performed well in the quarter, and we saw improvement in the sales trend in every region of the country compared with the spring season.'</p><br /><p>Operating income came in at $360 million, or 5.7% of sales compared to operating income of $325 million or 5.4% of sales this time last year.</p><br /><p>On a comparable sales basis, sales were up 3.5% for the quarter compared to 2.2% this time last year. Comparable sales include include net sales from stores open at least one full fiscal year, as well as online sales at macys.com and bloomingdales.com.</p><br /><p>The company reiterated its guidance for the remainder of 2013, saying that comparable sales are expected to increase in the range of 2.5% to 4% in the second half of 2013, and increase somewhere from 2% to 2.9% for the full-year-2013. Earnings for fiscal 2013 are expected in the range of $3.80 to $3.90 per diluted share.</p><br /><p>'Our business improved during the quarter, with particular strength in October, so we are entering the fourth quarter with confidence,' Lundgren said, adding that fourth quarter success will be driven by a wide selection from in-demand brands and designers and that customer needs will be supported by the 83,000 seasonal workers hired specifically for the holiday season.</p><br /><p>Macy's shares surged following the release of the earnings report, soaring more than 7.5% in pre-market trading Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, competitor JC Penney was up 2% in pre-bell activity, while competitors Dillard's, Sears and Target were flat.</p><br /></div>

Déjà vu in Virginia attorney general drama

Eight years ago my phone rang bright and early the day after the 2005 election. I was still sleeping after a hard-fought campaign that saw Bill Bolling elected as lieutenant governor, Jerry Kilgore lose as governor, and Bob McDonnell in a tight down-to-the-wire race for attorney general. I was needed at the Augusta County Government Center to witness the vote canvas, the beginning of a process that eventually led to my participation in a mid-December recount that saw McDonnell prevail with a mere 360 votes over his Democratic challenger, Creigh Deeds.<br /><br />Fast forward to last week's election that saw Democrats Terry McAuliffe and Ralph Northam winning the governor and lieutenant governor spots. The end of the day, however, showed a tighter-than-a-tick contest between Republican Mark Obenshain and Democrat Mark Herring that fluctuated back and forth as a <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/12/us/politics/back-and-forth-in-undecided-virginia-attorney-general-race.html?_r=0" target="_blank">variety of events took place over the next seven days</a>. When all votes were finally tallied, Herring was ahead by 163 votes in a contest that was probably headed to recount.<br /><br />However, as happened in the 2005 race, recounts rarely change the final numbers by much. If Herring prevails, Virginia Democrats will have swept the top three offices that were won in landslide victories four years earlier by Republicans McDonnell, Bolling, and Cuccinelli.<br /><br /><a href="http://blogs.nbc12.com/decisionvirginia/2013/11/herring-leads-race-for-attorney-general-after-final-count.html" target="_blank">NBC 12</a> has a report on the final count.

The Moto G is pitched at those looking for something affordable, without having to sacrifice the experience that it offers.</p> <p>The design of the Moto G brings design elements seen in the Moto X, like a edge-to-edge display, nice curved back,  and a nano-coating designed repel water.</p> <p>The Moto G also comes with a removable back, so you can change the colour to suit your style, as we as accessories, all colour matched, so go with the phone. You can get speakers, headphones, power packs and covers, all made to suit.</p> <p>The 4.5-inch handset sports a 1280 x 720 LCD display with a pixel density of 329ppi. Locked-out IKEA Teamsters get help from European labor leaders

There is growing concern globally, however, that IKEA’s confrontational approach to labour relations at its Richmond store is a testing ground for the entire chain. This is what the panel will examine. </blockquote><a href="http://thetyee.ca/News/2013/11/08/Global-Labour-Richmond-Ikea/" rel="nofollow">The Tyree</a> reported the fact-finders were troubled by what they found:<br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">The increasingly-fractious, six month labour dispute at IKEA's big box store in Richmond may be on the verge of a dramatic escalation -- all the way to Europe. </blockquote><blockquote class="tr_bq">After listening to a wealth of emotional testimony from embittered IKEA employees during a hearing in Vancouver, international trade union representatives are pledging overseas action on behalf of the Richmond store workers, if the prolonged conflict continues. </blockquote><blockquote class="tr_bq">"We will do everything we can that's in our power," declared Peter Lövkvist, secretary of the Nordic Transport Workers' Federation, which represents 400,000 union members across all five Nordic countries, including IKEA's home base of Sweden. "We're not ruling anything out." </blockquote><blockquote class="tr_bq">Asked for specifics, Lövkvist mentioned measures such as publicizing the dispute in Scandinavia, demanding a "friendly" meeting with the worldwide company's top brass at its Swedish headquarters, and union members refusing to handle IKEA products. "That could include seafarers, dockworkers, longshoremen, truck drivers, warehouse workers," he said in an interview. "It depends. We could do a lot."</blockquote>IKEA <a href="http://teamsternation.blogspot.com/2013/06/ikea-locks-out-350-teamsters-in-canada.html">has been illegally replacing workers</a> and is still trying to cut wages.  Although workers have said that they would reauthorize their current contract with a few small tweaks, IKEA refuses to listen.<br /><span class="userContent" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}"><br /></span><span class="userContent" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}">Though the fight has dragged on for over six months, the locked-out workers remain strong.  One member of the fact-finding team, Erin Van Der Maas from the </span><span class="userContent" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}">International Transport Workers’ Federation, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/TeamstersLocal213" rel="nofollow">wrote to Local 213 after the visit</a>:</span><br /><blockquote class="tr_bq"><span class="userContent" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}">Y</span><span class="userContent" data-ft="{"tn":"K"}">our togetherness and support for each other has left a massive impression on me. Jawbone releases UP24 band and UP 3.0 iOS software

Wireless syncing and real-time notifications are designed to help improve life.</p><br /><p>I am a fan of wearable technology and as I wrote back in April the Jawbone UP is my preferred life activity tracker. Today, Jawbone announced the 3.0 software update and UP24 band.</p><br />Jawbone UP24 band<br /><p><img src="http://cdn-static.zdnet.com/i/r/story/70/00/023127/up24jawbone1-200x267.jpg?hash=MwAvLGV4Mw&upscale=1" width="600"/> </p><br /><p>The new UP24 band brings wireless Bluetooth Smart syncing capability while maintaining nearly the same form factor and battery life as the existing UP band. I have one under evaluation and will post my full review next week after more of the new notifications and software enhancements can be experienced. The new UP 3.0 software takes about 4-7 days to collect data and then use their Insights Engine to provide real-time information and prompts to help you reach your goals.</p><br /><p>The UP24 has a slightly different texture on the skin, but the same wrap around design with two ends. The button end is improved with a softer and more rounded piece of metal. The indicator lights (moon and star) appear the same as on the UP.</p><br /><p>The UP24 connects to your phone only via Bluetooth and the previous 3.5mm connector has been replaced by a 2.5mm connector. This is only used for charging the UP24 and a new short USB to 2.5mm cable is provided to charge your band.</p><br /><p><img src="http://cdn-static.zdnet.com/i/r/story/70/00/023127/up24jawbone2-600x450.jpg?hash=ZTD3ZGOwAJ&upscale=1" width="600"/> </p><br /><p>Battery life continues to be about seven days with 24/7 usage. I have only had it four days so far and will continue to test out the battery.</p><br /><p>The UP24 comes in two colors, Onyx (black) and Persimmon (burnt orange) for $149. It will be sold at Jawbone.com starting today and Best Buy and Apple next week. The current UP remains priced at $129 and works with the 3.0 software on iOS devices.</p><br />Jawbone UP 3.0 software<br /><p><img src="http://cdn-static.zdnet.com/i/r/story/70/00/023127/up24jawbone3-200x355.jpg?hash=LzLlA2H1BQ&upscale=1" width="600"/> </p><br /><p>The Jawbone 3.0 software launches for iOS with work being done to bring it to Android soon. One of the reasons I purchased my new iPhone 5S is to use the new 3.0 software and UP24 band.</p><br /><p>Inconsistencies with Bluetooth in Android makes it difficult for accessory companies to launch across a wide range of phones. For example, the Fitbit only works via Bluetooth on the latest Samsung Galaxy devices.</p><br /><p>The 3.0 software works with the UP and UP24. It is intended to provide more real-time data and information to help motivate you to achieve your goals. You will see 'Today I Will' prompts related to sleep, movement, and drinking water.</p><br /><p>Live notifications are provided on the UP24 so you will get push notifications when you get close to your goal. A new activity log gives you a snapshot of your day and when you last synced.</p><br /><p>One new feature I love is the ability to recover sleep data when you forget to put your UP band into sleep mode. I have done this a number of times and so far the recovery utility seems to work great and is exactly the kind of function that smart devices like this should provide.</p><br />Initial thoughts: 4 days on my wrist<br /><p><img src="http://cdn-static.zdnet.com/i/r/story/70/00/023127/up24jawbone4-200x355.jpg?hash=ZQVlBTSyMz&upscale=1" width="600"/> </p><br /><p>It is great to have Bluetooth Smart on the UP24 and in addition to the syncing, I enjoy the ability to set and manage sleep mode, stopwatch, sleep alarms, and power nap wirelessly from the software on my iPhone.</p><br /><p>The split menus with focused content are great. The right menu lets you customize and manage the band while the left menu is used to customize the application. Application options include viewing goals, your lifeline, trends, team members, 3rd party connected apps, and settings.</p><br /><p>I am pleased to see Bluetooth wireless functionality in the UP24. I was hoping to see a display on the band, similar to the new Fitbit Force. However, I also understand Jawbone's position that you have a fantastic display experience on your smartphone already so it makes sense to optimize for that experience.</p><br /><p>I will continue to use the UP24 band over the next week and post my review next week.
