Doing cardiovascular routines is perfect if you wish to burn calories and fat. You may go for practically any activity that can speed up your heart rate and make you breathe faster.<br /> <br /> Cardiovascular exercises should be performed 3 to 5 times a week, each session lasting for at least 20 minutes. If you feel that committing to them may be a problem, go for activities that you find enjoyable to do. Some wonderful choices you have include bicycling, dancing, swimming, and playing volleyball or badminton with your family and friends.<br /> <br /> Getting in great shape knows no shortcuts. It's something that requires your patience, hard work and commitment. Open House 2013

Having previously stolen a Chula vessel for himself, Jack conned the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler into believing the Chula hospital ship was actually a warship. A German bomb was scheduled to destroy it soon after. Jack prevented this bomb from falling on the crash site by suspending it in statison board his own ship but he was unable to jettison it. He was then rescued from his ship's destruction by the Doctor and Rose who invited him on board the TARDIS as their companion, even giving him his own key. (The Empty Child / The Doctor Dances)</span><br style="background-color: #fafafa; color: #333333; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;">He helped the Doctor and Rose to stop the Slitheen destroying Cardiff (Boom Town) and was then transported from the TARDIS to to the Game Station and a sinister recording of an alternative version of What Not To Wear. Jack served as the Doctor's last line of defence, ultimately being exterminated by the Daleks, although he was later resurrected by Rose, who used the power of the Time Vortex to bring him back to life, making him immortal in the process. Knowing that the Doctor would have to return one day to refuel Jack based himself in Cardiff, on top of the rift that ran through the city.  Jack joined Torchwood in Cardiff and, following the Battle Of Canary Wharf, rebuilt it in the Doctor's honor to defend the Earth. He had retrieved the Doctor's severed hand after the Sycorax attack and kept it in order to detect the Time Lord's presence. He then travelled to the end of the Universe clinging on to the exterior of the TARDIS as it dematerialised from Cardiff in 2008 (Utopia), before helping the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones defeat the Master upon their return to Earth. Though the Doctor asked him to come travelling in the TARDIS again, Jack returned to his team at Torchwood, but before the Doctor had disabled his Vortex Manipulator's travel abilities for a second time.</span><br style="background-color: #fafafa; color: #333333; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;">Charming and flirtatious to everyone he met Jack revealed that he had been the poster boy where he had grown up in the Boeshane Peninsula and was the first of his people ever to be signed up for the Time Agency. Leaving his friends to deal with a Dalek, Jack took the Defabricator Gun and teleported to London in time to destroy the Dalek that shot the Doctor during his reunion with Rose. He, Rose and Donna watched in the TARDIS as the Doctor used regeneration energy to save himself and then they all travelled to the Medusa Cascade where the Daleks exterminated Jack. This was a ruse to allow Jack to infiltrate the Crucible, and he met up with Jackie Tyler, Mickey Smith and Sarah Jane Smith. Wow, the pain and suffering of mega church pastors - how DO they endure such hardships? Well, I'm Back Up And Running Anyway

It's One Twenty A.M. and my sister in law just left.<br /><br />She messed around with this fucking computer all day and all night trying to get it straightened out.<br /><br />As it sits, I am currently using Windoze 7 just like it was when I first opened the lid on this thing.<br /><br />Kubuntu kicked her ass even though I bought a 16 Gig Thumb drive and a package of DVD's.<br /><br />She wound up installing the Ubuntu that I downloaded the other day on a "virtual machine".<br /><br />Don't ask me, I have no fucking idea.<br /><br />However, there is still an issue with that.<br />The screen says it is in full screen mode but takes up less than half of the monitor.<br /><br />She says that she needs to update some VPN thing but doesn't quite know how to do that in Ubuntu.<br /><br />The poor thing was exhausted so I don't blame her a bit for heading home for some shut eye.<br /><br />I owe her big for this.<br />I'll take care of that next weekend when she comes over again.<br /><br />At least I can use the damn thing again without it hanging up all the time.<br /><br />It was severely fucked up and that is my fault for dicking around with it over the last couple of years.<br /><br />Come to find out there is a way to boot the damn thing up and get to a screen with the option to reconfigure the computer to as bought, out of the box.<br /><br />That involves I don't know what all as I was out in the garage all day but it took fucking hours to reconfigure.<br /><br />In the win column for me today was getting that damn motor mount and oil change done on the wife's rig.<br />The motor mount made a huge difference.<br />It got rid of a ton of vibration and rattling plastic parts. It's actually quiet going down the road again.<br /><br />After that I spent several hours reconfiguring the damn garage, it was way over due also. Jayzus what a disaster.<br /><br />While I was at NAPA getting the oil and filter I took a little side trip to Harbor Freight and picked up a 10 inch sliding miter saw that does bevels and shit for $119 and tax.<br /><br />I wanted the 12 incher but didn't have the dough right this minute, that one was $180 and tax.<br /><br />Of course, just as I figured, I needed the 12 inch model.<br />I was trying to cut a real, honest to God 4X4 and the 10 inch saw isn't big enough to go clear through.<br /><br />Sigh.<br /><br />I managed to get it cut in two places and then had to trim some overlap with a hand saw.<br /><br />Close enough for what I am doing I guess.<br /><br />I am building a little work bench to put the fucking saw on....<br /><br />So maybe tomorrow sometime before I go to work I will find something to post about. Right now I am beat from moving eight hundred pound tool boxes around.<br /><br />Thanks fer stopping by and also for your patience.<br /><br /><br /><br />Dammit, Dammit, <b>DAMMIT!!</b><br /><br />I just now remembered I was going to fix the motherfucking ground for the cable today!<br /><br />DAMMIT!<br /><br />I am going to have to write myself a fucking note and tape it to the bedroom door I see.<br /><br />I can see the wisdom of the old saying now.<br /><br /><i>Of all the things I have lost in my lifetime, I miss my mind the most.</i><br /><br />Shit!!<br /><br /><br />
