Will develop system design requirements and balance subsystem interactions while meeting overall system performance goals. Leverage existing product lifecycle processes, and adapt them to the unique needs of the program.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">Education and Experience:</span></b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">1.MS degree in optics, systems, mechanical engineering, physics or a relevant discipline is required.  PhD degree is highly preferred.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">2.5+ years of industrial experience designing or testing complex, production-worthy electro-optical systems. Preferably, experience with semiconductor equipment development, and EUV technology.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">3.Must have good communication skills to interact effectively with coworkers, suppliers and customers.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">4.Must be self-driven, hard working, detail oriented, with a can-do attitude and a good thinker.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">5.Some previous experience solving highly complex technical problems in either industrial or academic background.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">6.Matlab  programming experience is a plus. Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">Basic Qualifications:</span></b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;">Doctorate (Academic) with at least 3 years of experience.
