<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><p>By Daily Mail Reporter</p><br /><p><strong>PUBLISHED:</strong> 13:12 EST, 16 November 2013 | <strong>UPDATED:</strong> 16:27 EST, 16 November 2013</p><br /><p>Police went out to Justin Bieber's home in California's Calabasas THREE times on Friday night, according to a new report.</p><br /><p>The 19-year-old was apparently having a party at his luxury property with about 100 attendees including the legendary Snoop Lion, 42.</p><br /><p>According to TMZ, the noise got out of control and neighbours called the police at 1am, the LA County Sheriff's deputies then allegedly paid Bieber a call and told him to keep the noise down.</p><br /><img src="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/10/18/article-2465659-18B9452900000578-537_638x662.jpg" width="600"/><br /><p>Then, according to the website, the neighbour that Justin allegedly spat at called the authorities again at 3am after the noise didn't abate.</p><br /><p>The neighbour alleges that law enforcement sources say they smelled marijuana inside but left without making arrests.</p><br /><p>Then at 5.30am, the same neighbour called police a third time and filed a report against Justin for disturbing the peace.</p><br /><p>It will be reviewed by police before they decide whether or not to send it to the L.A. County DA for possible prosecution.</p><br /><img src="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/11/16/article-2508402-197499AB00000578-534_634x520.jpg" width="600"/><img src="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/11/16/article-2508402-193DF1B600000578-590_634x582.jpg" width="600"/><br /><p>Justin is beleagured by allegations of misadventure at the minute.</p><br /><p>A small sampling of his bad boy behaviour includes allegedly spitting on a neighbour as well as fans, and urinating in a janitor's mop bucket in the kitchen of a New York night club.</p><br /><p>He also was allegedly involved in a bar brawl last month at a Hamptons nightclub in New York.</p><br /><p>During the overseas leg of his world tour earlier this year, Justin lashed out at photographers in London, brought a pet monkey to Germany and had it confiscated and posted photos of himself enjoying the lower drinking age with beers in a South African jungle.</p><br /><img src="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/10/18/article-2465659-18A94C0600000578-598_638x631.jpg" width="600"/></div>
