Us magazine reported that Australian stunner Jessica Hart was approached by WWD magazine at an after-party to share her opinion of the leggy singer's performance on the catwalk and it was not pretty.</p><br /><p>When asked if the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer could pull off being a Victoria's Secret Model she bluntly replied, 'No.'</p><br /><p>'I think, you know what, God bless her heart. Almost Human May Feel Similar to Fringe, But It's a Very Different Future

But using the same sound stage isn't the only thing the two Fox shows have in common.</p><br /><p>Like Fringe, Almost Human (Sunday, 8/7c) also comes fromproducers J.J. Abrams and J.H. Wyman and is set in the not too distant future. Police officers are partnered with androids as they tackle cases with futuristic elements that border on the fringe. Sound familiar? But apart from those glaring similarities, Abrams insists that the shows are fundamentally different.</p><br />Almost Human tackles the dangers of robots in the future<br /><p>'The Venn diagram of these two [shows] might be that they're pushing the edge of technology and what might be possible in that regard,' he says. '[ Almost Human is] much more of a cop show that you might feel is familiar with a huge wrench thrown into that. It feels very distinct and different from the world of Fringe, which, at its core was a much more serialized show about this dysfunctional father-son [relationship] and romance that went over not just years, but different worlds. This is a show that doesn't quite get into that level of serialized storytelling.'</p><br /><p>On the series, Detective John Kennex ( Karl Urban) wakes from a two-year coma after an incident that claimed the lives of several officers, making him a pariah upon his return to the precinct. Making his transition more difficult is the mandate that officers now must ride with an android. Kennex quickly dispatches his robo-partner because '[he] has always been a little bit reserved when it comes to relying on technology to do a man's job,' Urban explains. As a replacement, he gets a defunct and flawed model named Dorian ( Michael Ealy) that exhibits compassion - something Kennex will not be happy about. Urban notes, 'The wonderful thing about the partnership with Dorian is that it engineers somewhat of a paradigm shift.'</p><br /><p>Kennex and Dorian's partnership highlights another big difference the series has from Fringe in the exploitation of and dependence the future has on technology. Where the former series focused on a desperate group trying to hold on to a semblance of family, Almost Human takes a look at those trying to hold on to humanity. ' Almost Human is about finding your place in a world that is rapidly changing,' Wyman says. 'It's about connection in a time when connection in undervalued. It's about the facility of technology to make us forget what it's like to be human in a moment and connect. It's about people trying to hold on to a humanity that is quickly being left behind. It's about people who deeply care about others who are willing to put their lives on the line in order to maintain peace and order in a world where not all the time do they get the proper credit for.'</p><br />Fringe's J.H. Wyman discusses series finale, teases new series Almost Human<br /><p>It's that desperate need to be human that's actually one of Dorian's biggest flaws because he can never achieve that goal. 'It's one of his more charming qualities, but it's also one of his biggest flaws because he's not happy with who he is,' Ealy says. 'Anyone who's not happy with who they are, obviously that can create problems.'</p><br /><p>In a way, Kennex can relate, which is why they make the perfect partners, even if they don't know it just yet. Following the incident - caused by a mysterious organization called Insyndicate - Kennex has been struggling to find his own way back to normalcy. 'This guy is coming out of a coma and he's been out for two years,' Urban says. 'In that regard, he's kind of like a dinosaur. He's waking to a world that's quite different. It's recognizable, but it's different even in two years. Not only is he trying to find his place in the society, he's also trying to deal with the baggage of the past.'</p><br /><p>The mostly case-of-the-week show will evolve into that of a buddy cop drama, of sorts, once Kennex does finally let himself trust Dorian. Both Ealy and Urban liken their characters' relationship evolution to the one in Midnight Run. 'That's a really good touchstone for the ballpark we want to be in,' Urban says. 'Two characters thrown into a situation that neither of them want to be in. Well, Dorian wants to be in this situation, but Kennex doesn't. Through the course of them spending time, there develops a bond and a friendship and the respect. But they're still getting under each other's skin.'</p><br /><p>But Almost Human will have some serialized aspects, namely in Insyndicate, the aforementioned organization that will cause Kennex and the police department much strife. 'There are many groups that are actually taking advantage of the fact that the [technology] genie is out of the bottle and taking advantage of the fact that they can make money in new ways and they can use people in new ways and they can destroy the world because they want to see it burned in new ways,' Wyman says. Without it, people struggling to rebuild and even survive risk catching intestinal and other diseases that can spread if they're unable to wash properly.</p><br /><p>While aid agencies work to provide a steady supply, survivors have resorted to scooping from streams, catching rainwater in buckets and smashing open pipes to obtain what is left from disabled pumping stations. With at least 600,000 people homeless, the demand is massive.</p><br /><p>'I'm thirsty and hungry. I'm worried - no food, no house, no water, no money,' said Estember, a 50-year-old ambulance driver.</p><br /><p>Thousands of other people who sought shelter under the solid roof of the Tacloban City Astrodome also must improvise, taking water from wherever they can - a broken water pipe or a crumpled tarp. The water is salty and foul tasting but it is all many have had for days.</p><br /><p>Providing clean, safe drinking water is key to preventing the toll of dead and injured from rising in the weeks after a major natural disaster. Not only do survivors need to stay hydrated, they also need to be protected from waterborne diseases such as cholera and typhoid.</p><br /><p>Haiti's devastating 2010 earthquake was followed by a cholera outbreak that health officials say has killed more than 8,000 people and sickened nearly 600,000. Some studies have shown that cholera may have been introduced in Haiti by U.N. troops from Nepal, where the disease is endemic.</p><br /><p>Washing regularly, using latrines and boiling drinking water are the best ways to avoid contracting diarrhea and other ailments that could burden already stressed health services.</p><br /><p>It took several days for aid groups to bring large quantities of water to Tacloban, the eastern Philippine city where the typhoon wreaked its worst destruction. By Friday, tankers were arriving. 'We did a three-picture deal. So that means, you did the deal ahead of time. FXX Lands 'The Simpsons' in Record Off

<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><p><img src="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/thumbnail_570x321/2012/10/simpsons_a.jpg" width="600"/> </p><br /><p>Following a multiple network bidding war, FXX has become the exclusive cable home for The Simpsons.</p><br /><p>The upstart network has secured cable, VOD and non-linear rights to the longest-running comedy series in history, the network announced Friday. As part of the pact -- said to be the biggest off-network deal ever -- FXX will become the cable destination for all seasons of 20th Century Fox TV's The Simpsons starting in August 2014. The deal covers 24 seasons -- a whopping 530 episodes -- as well as subsequent seasons not in first-run on Fox of the series from Gracie Films Productions and executive producers <strong>James L. Brooks</strong>, <strong>Matt Groening</strong> and <strong>Al Jean</strong>.</p><br /><p>The deal will mark the first time the series will air on cable. When Simpsons first sold into broadcast syndication in the early 1990s, TV stations demanded exclusivity from cable for the run of the series in part because they were hesitant about an animated show's ability to perform in a landscape heavy on live-action repeats. It's not entirely clear what has changed in those broadcast deals to allow the FXX pact to happen.</p><br /><strong>COVER STORY: 'The Simpsons' at 500: Untold Stories</strong><br /><p>FXNOW, FX Networks' forthcoming mobile application for authenticated subscribers, will be the exclusive non-linear home for all seasons of the animated comedy about Springfield's most dysfunctional family. FXX and FXNOW will get subsequent seasons of the series as new ones begin their first run on Fox. The cabler will have access to the current 25th run of the series starting in September 2014 -- when the already announced 26th season makes its debut on Fox.</p><br /><p>'We believe we'll get both reach and frequency from The Simpsons,' FX COO <strong>Chuck Saftler</strong> tells The Hollywood Reporter of the potential gains Simpsons repeats will bring his newly launched network. In fact, for FXX, which bowed in September, the deal comes as the comedy-heavy network with a focus on adults 18-34 continues to add programming. The Simpsons will join a roster of original programming that includes the fourth and final season of Wilfred as well as comedies It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League. (The network canceled little-watched late-night talk show Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell earlier this week.) He added: 'Frequency tends to come from acquired series, where if you're a fan of that show, you'll come back multiple times. It's a way to create sampling for original programming to other programming we'll have on FXX. I couldn't think of a deeper, richer, broader way to create awareness, sampling and breadth for FXX.'</p><br /><p>Details on how frequently FXX will air The Simpsons have not yet been announced, but Saftler says more information about how the show will be deployed on FXNOW will be unveiled during a Dec. 3 news conference in New York. 'Getting the non-linear rights is unprecedented. To be able to strategically offer The Simpsons both linearly and non-linearly helps us future-proof this deal, it helps us be able to acknowledge how viewers want programming today and to build our brand both linear and non-linearly,' he continues. 'It's an unprecedented right and the all-in on the deal was a very high price tag. We bought considerable rights and we basically created some new paradigms out of this.'</p><br /><strong>PHOTOS: Meet the Cast of 'The Simpsons'</strong><br /><p>The deal comes four months after news leaked that studio 20th Century Fox TV would be shopping the off-network syndication rights to The Simpsons. At the time, News Corp.-owned FX and FXX -- as well as Turner-owned TBS, Viacom's Comedy Central, TV Land, Nick at Nite and Spike were all expected to be among the suitors. The series was expected to fetch as much as $1.5 million per half-hour, generating an additional $1 billion or so to the show's already lucrative business -- which includes toys, video games, apparel and more. (At one point in 2011, News Corp.'s <strong>Chase Carey</strong> said the company was mulling an entire channel devoted to nothing but The Simpsons as it looked to create additional revenue streams for the show.)</p><br /><p>Financial terms of the FXX and FXNOW deal were not immediately available, though the network is billing the The Simpsons pact as the 'biggest off-network deal in TV history.' A per-episode rate on the deal may be more challenging to estimate considering the pact includes future seasons of the series on top of its non-linear rights.</p><br /><p>'There will never be another deal of this size because I don't think there will be another property that will achieve this many episodes,' warns Saftler, who negotiated the deal for FXX and FX Networks along with <strong>Chris Antola,</strong> senior vp strategic programming at FX Networks. 'When I started at FX 20 years ago, The Simpsons was on my hit list as a show that was targeted that would be perfect for FX. 'I think when you campaigned, you were all, 'Yes we can!' I don't remember the other slogan' of 'Pobody's Nerfect.'</p><br /><p>And so it's come to this.</p><br /><p>'Certainly, the rollout of the president's signature health care law has been rocky. 'Thor 2: The Dark World' On Course for $450 Million Box Office, Sorry WHAT?

<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><p>Despite the release of Malcolm D. Lee's well-reviewed sequel The Best Man Holiday, Marvel's Thor 2: The Dark World will remain at No.1 on the box-office in its second weekend with a predicted gross of $40 million.</p><br /><p><img src="http://images.contactmusic.com/images/feature-images/thor-the-dark-world-2013-636-380.jpg" width="600"/>Chris Hemsworth in 'Thor 2: The Dark World'</p><br /><p>The 3-D movie should take its overall gross to an incredible $450 million, which already eclipses the $450 million entire gross for the first Thor movie. It's another success story for Marvel, who will almost certainly green-light a third movie.</p><br /><p>Universal's Best Man Holiday stars Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terence Howard, Nia Long and Melissa De Sousa who all reprise their roles from the first movie Eggs, which opened to $9 million in 1999.</p><br /><p>As the Hollywood Reporter notes, the movie should primarily play to African-Americans - in a similar fashion to the Tyler Perry pictures. Universal believes it will open to around $17 million, which, given it only cost $17 million to make, will be a solid start to proceedings.</p><br /><p>This weekend should have seen the release of Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street, though Paramount pushed it to Christmas Day in order for the legendary director to trim the running time.</p><br /><p>In the independent market, Alexander Payne's Oscar-tipped Nebraska, starring Bruce Dern and Will Forte will play following critically acclaimed showings in New York and Los Angeles and Shia LaBeouf's Charlie Countryman is screening in selected theaters.</p><br /><strong>Watch the 'Thor 2: The Dark World' trailer:</strong><br /><p>Thor 2 may as well make the most of another comfortable week at the top of the box-office as it will be thoroughly deposed following the release of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire next weekend. The sequel will turn into a blockbuster in hours, rather than days or weeks and could open to around $170 million.</p><br /><p>The first Hunger Games movie opened to $152.5 million in March 2012.</p><br /></div>

I don't give a f**k what you did.'</p><br /><p>Wahlberg was speaking at the AFI Fest in L.A., when someone asked a question about the rigorous training for his movie, <strong>'Lone Survivo</strong>r.' It seems Mark may have had our <strong>story about Tom Cruise on his mind</strong> in which Tom seemed to compare his acting job to fighting in Afghanistan.</p><br /><p>Wahlberg unloaded, saying 'For somebody to sit there and say 'my job was as difficult as being in the military.' How f**king dare you, while you sit in a makeup chair for 2 hours.'</p><br /><p>Wahlberg didn't stop there. He said, 'I don't give a s**t if you get your ass busted. You get to go home at the end of the day. You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order your f**king chicken.'</p><br /><p>As we reported, we have seen the video of Tom Cruise's deposition where he makes the Afghanistan reference. When the opposing lawyer says, 'Now your counsel has publicly equated your absence from Suri for these extended periods of time as being analogous to someone fighting in Afghanistan,' Cruise does not react -- he certainly doesn't make the question look like a joke.</p><br /><p>In fact, when Cruise responds, 'I didn't hear the Afghanistan, but that's what it feels like and certainly on this last movie it was brutal, it was brutal,' he doesn't make it look like it's an obvious joke. It seems more like a macho answer.</p><br /><p>But then, the opposing lawyer crystallizes the point and says, 'Do you believe the situations are the same?' You can see a light bulb go off in Cruise's head, and he realizes where the lawyer is going, and he snaps, 'Oh come on.' Arcade Fire announces 'Reflektor' tour

<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><img src="http://thecelebritycafe.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/image_display/_img/2013/11/arcade%20fire.JPG" width="600"/><br /><p>Arcade Fire will soon be bringing their <i>Reflektor</i> album to fans all across America.</p><br /><p>Billboard reported that Arcade Fire will be going on a 28-date North American tour. The tour will kick off in Louisville, KY on March 6. The tour will stretch across North America and make several stops.</p><br /><p>The tour will run though the spring and summer festival of 2014. It has not yet been announced but Arcade Fire has left off tour dates for April 11-13 and April 18-20, which happens to be when Coachella 2014 will be taking place.</p><br /><p>Rolling Stone added that the shows Arcade Fire have been playing to help promote their album <i>Reflektor</i> have all been at small venues. This will be Arcade Fire's first large arena tour.</p><br /><p><i>Reflektor</i> has been critical acclaimed and well received by Arcade Fire fans. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 charts.</p><br /><p>Tickets go on sale November 22nd and a full listing of shows can be found on Arcade Fire's website.</p><br /><i>image: NBC</i></div>

For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as somebody in the military's. How f**king dare you. While you sit in a makeup chair for two hours.'</p><br /><p>There have been suggestions that Wahlberg was having a dig at Tom Cruise who, during his recent deposition, compared extended time away from his daughter Suri while filming a movie to a soldier's tour in Afghanistan.</p><br /><p>Cruise said it felt like being away at war especially during his last movie, Oblivion. He also said working on the latest Mission: Impossible flick was like enduring Olympic training.</p><br /><p>But Wahlberg is having none of it.</p><br /><p>'I don't give a s**t if you get your a** busted,' he said.</p><br /><p>'You get to go home at the end of the day. Chris Brown Exits Rehab Facility, Begins Outpatient Treatment

<div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><p>Chris Brown has exited the rehab facility he entered late last month just days after being arrested for assault, reports.</p><br /><p>'Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support,' his rep tells the magazine.</p><br />TV's most awesome crying faces<br /><p>Brown, 24, was arrested on Oct. 27 and held in custody for more than a day after he and his bodyguard were allegedly involved in an altercation with a third man, Parker Isaac Adams, outside the W Hotel around 4:25 a.m. Although Adams claimed that both Brown and his bodyguard punched him, Brown alleged that he was on his tour bus when his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, fought with Adams.</p><br /><p>Although Brown was initially charged with a felony, that was later reduced to a misdemeanor.</p><br /><p>Brown is currently on probation stemming from his 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna. If convicted of violating his probation, he could face a maximum of four years in prison. Oliver has worked alongside <strong>Jon Stewart</strong> for almost eight years on the hit series.</p><br /><p>'I'm incredibly excited to be joining HBO, especially as I presume this means I get free HBO now. I want to thank Comedy Central, and everyone at 'The Daily Show' for the best seven and a half years of my life,' Oliver said in a statement. 'But most of all, I'd like to thank Jon Stewart. He taught me everything I know. In fact, if I fail in the future, it's entirely his fault.'</p><br /><strong>WATCH: John Oliver's final time standing in for Jon Stewart on The Daily Show</strong><br /><p>Oliver's HBO project will be a topical weekly comedy series that will debut in 2014; taking a satirical look at current news and politics, it will air Sunday nights.</p><br /><p>HBO president <strong>Michael Lombardo</strong> said, 'We weren't otherwise searching for another weekly talk show, but when we saw John Oliver handling host duties on The Daily Show, we knew that his singular perspective and distinct voice belonged on HBO.'</p><br /><p>News of Oliver landing his own show shouldn't come as much a shock after his success filling in for Stewart at The Daily Show when the host took the summer off to direct his first film.</p><br /><p>Oliver isn't the comedy series' first correspondent to branch out: <strong>Stephen Colbert</strong> went on to helm The Colbert Report (with Stewart producing) for Comedy Central in 2005 after seven years on The Daily Show.</p><br /><strong>PHOTOS: Where are the Daily Show alums now?</strong></div>

Miley Cyrus: 'I'm One Of The Biggest Feminists In The World'

But the star has re-stated her view that she is 'one of the biggest feminists in the world.'</strong> </p><br /><p>The 20-year-old singer explained that she feels her work and image allow other women to not be 'scared' and that she is comfortable in herself because she knows she's a 'good person'.</p><br /><p>'I feel like I'm one of the biggest feminists in the world because I tell women to not be scared of anything,' Miley told BBC Newsbeat.</p><br /><p>'I don't actually walk around all day twerking with my tongue out dressed as a teddy bear.'</p><br /><img src="http://static.entertainmentwise.com/photos/Image/miley%20cyrus%202.jpg" width="600"/>Miley spoke to BBC Newsbeat about her being 'one of the biggest feminists' (Photo: WENN)<br /><p>Speaking out about her controversial stage shows, she added: 'I never worry about what I do on stage making me look bad.</p><br /><p>'I think people if they actually knew me would be surprised at home normal I am.</p><br /><p>'I'm definitely crazy but I'm normal.
