Intel® SA worked with the principal, Ms Michelle Batchelor to decide on the most appropriate ICT training course for her teachers and decided on the Intel Teach Getting Started programme.

The Intel® Teach Getting started course is an entry level ICT skills course that includes activities focused on computer skills and 21st Century teaching which deals with learner-centred approaches to teaching and learning.

The MC Kharbai School for the Deaf has an excellent staff that is eager to grow professionally and to teach in more engaging ways. The school has recognized that using ICTs can help learners with special needs and are taking the right steps to encourage 21st century learning.
