2 Meals a Day Healthy

Eating only 2 meals a day healthy will not be effective and not the right choice, because it will slow down your metabolism,  and your body will gain weight.  Diet program must include sufficient total calories and balanced nutrition ( protein, complex carbohydrates and fat) to give your body what it needs. optimum you should do is accept the new lifestyle eat at least three normal sized healthier meals a day, no eating 2 meals a day healthy !

2 meals a day healthy


For example :




8 am breakfast:
oatmeal w/ raisins and cinnamon (and milk on side)

10 am snack:
1 Orange or 1 apple

1 pm lunch:
Spanish Tortilla / 1 Tablespoon Fat Free Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

3 pm snack:
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Dinner:
2/3 Cup Cooked Couscous
Almond-Crusted Chicken Fingers
1 Peach, medium
