Bikram @home

Just completed my first Bikram practice at home. I found it very relaxing in comparison to practising in a packed out sweaty room.

I bought a CD of a Bikram class from the Bikram School of India website and used that to guide me through a class. It worked out so well.

Also when I zipped open my yoga bag, €50 fell out! That was nice!!

The view of the sky below was what I got to look at when I was in dead body pose. Bliss.
