As I write this it’s 2 freaking degrees here in Redneckville thanks to this Polar Vortex thing! TWO! That’s just stupid. I don’t know who ordered up this Vortex, but they can kiss my ass. It’s too cold to blog even. That’s just ridiculous. I’m not rooting for Auburn against anyone, EVER! He probably wants us all to get sick and force us to use Obamacare. That way everyone will go to the doctor or an emergency room and find out that their insurance or Medicaid covers their cold/flu/pneumonia/sniffles/whateverthehellhteyhave and be like “WOOOOO! I LOVE OBAMACARE! WOOOO OBAMA’S DA MAN!!!!” or something. <o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">I made a damn good ham casserole over the weekend. It’s one of my favorite things, makes a ton and isn’t hard to make at all. Want the recipe? Of course you do! <o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">1 lb. Ham cut up into small pieces<br />8 oz Elbow Macaroni <br />2 Cans Mushroom Soup<br />2 Cans Cheddar Cheese Soup<br />1 Can Peas <br />1 Can French Fried Onion Rings <o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">That’s it! That’s the list! You cook up the elbow macaroni, drain it, put it back into the pot, mix in both of the soups, the peas (drained of course) and the ham. Then put it in a big oven ready Pyrex dish, cover it with aluminum foil and cook it for about an hour or so at 350-375 depending on how much time you want it to take. Then, when it’s cooked through and all bubbly and stuff take the cover off and pour the onion rings over it. Put it back in the oven until they are good and brown. TA-DA! It’s done! The sound quality is really good and I don’t have to sit really close to it at all. It makes it easier to do the show even though I still have earphones on, I do feel more free and comfortable. The best part is I’m not breathing or sniffing right into the mic. The only thing I have to do is make sure to remember to mute myself on the studio board if I’m going to get up during the show. Renee's disposition changes immediately upon seeing Natalie, who is apparently enjoying herself. Renee is fuming and walks off, as all the ladies take a turn at the wheel. While Natalie is driving, Renee approaches the other girls, who all come to Natalie's defense. They feel she apologized and did all she could and none of them want to be caught in this nasty argument. Renee feels they don't know the meaning of the word loyalty. Ang gets insulted. Alicia says it's not about loyalty, it's about right from wrong, and Renee was wrong. Renee takes off on her own, calling them all backstabbers while Ang and Alicia find her annoying. <br /><br />I'll tell you what's annoying...dragging out an argument, over the disrespect of the word "delicious," for three episodes. There are so many instances of fail in this article that it is hard to believe.<br /><br /><b><br />  <a href="http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/01/06/report-new-york-homeland-security-chief-used-handgun-as-laser-pointer-during-speech/"> Report: New York homeland security chief used handgun as laser pointer during speech</a></b><br /><br /><blockquote>Visiting foreign dignitaries were alarmed when New York’s director of homeland security pulled out a handgun and used its laser sighting device as a pointer during a presentation late last year.<br /><br />The incident happened Oct. 24 but was only reported Monday by the Albany Times Union.<br /><br />Public officials told the newspaper that Jerome Hauer used the improvised laser pointer during a presentation on the state’s response to Superstorm Sandy at the highly secure state emergency operations center beneath state police headquarters.<br /><br />He even tracked the laser across a visiting Swedish emergency manager’s forehead before finding the New York map he wanted, the officials said.<br /><br />The newspaper reported that Hauer was disabled several years ago by a stroke and can be unsteady at times.<br /><br />The state commissioner of the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services also carries the loaded 9-millimeter Glock handgun in a holster into state buildings, witnesses told the paper, in apparent violation of the law prohibiting state employees from bringing weapons to work.<br /><br />Hauer is not a law enforcement officer, although he is licensed to carry a gun in Albany and New York City, but his spokesman wasn’t sure if he was authorized to carry a firearm into state offices.<br /><br />An aide for Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the matter would be investigated but declined further comment.<br /><br />Hauer’s spokesman said he’d heard rumors about the incident and promised to look into it.<br /><br />The paper reported that no one, including Hauer, had denied the incident.</blockquote>
