Two Day Recap

<p>Happy Hump day everyone!! Boy am I glad there are only  work days left this week…it’s been rough!!</p> <p>I’ll start my recap with Tuesday. For breakfast I had some <strong>seedless watermelon</strong> (<strong>1 point</strong>) on my drive to the groomer with Abby. One of the guys had his little 11 month old boy with him. So that was super fun to play with him. I even dug out the few toys I have for him to play with…barrel of monkey’s, mr. potato head, and a few books! The funny thing is, before the baby and his dad showed up I was just telling Kyle that I wanted a baby!! And then hey, one shows up!! :)</p> <p>I ended up having a <strong>MGD 64</strong> and<strong> Pomegranate Mikes Hard Lemonade</strong>. I am going to count <strong>4 points</strong> for the two drinks. MGD is only 2, but I have <strong>NO</strong> idea on the lemonade. I just know it’s <strong>REALLY</strong> good!!! If anyone of you happen to know definitely let me know!! We sat out in the garage chatting away until after 11pm…I was ready for my pillow when we finally came in…that’s for sure!! I wanted to lay in bed just a little longer! But Kyle got me up and going and once again had some <strong>watermelon</strong> (<strong>1 point</strong>) on the drive to work. First I had some <strong>key lime pie yogurt</strong> with <strong>grape nuts</strong> for <strong>2 points</strong> and then a little while later I had my <strong>morning mush</strong> for <strong>3 points</strong>. Keep me feeling satisfied all morning long! So I just heated up some left over <strong>grilled chicken teriyaki breasts</strong> for a quick, yummy<strong> 5 point sandwich</strong>. I didn’t get home till after 6. But Kyle was ready to run right away so I changed and we got going. We took a new route tonight and I felt <strong>great</strong> during the whole run. We didn’t know the distance, but we did know that it was further than we normally run. When we got home we mapped it out on <a href="http://www.mapmyrun.com/">mapmyrun.com</a> (my new favorite website!!) and it was <strong>5.75 miles</strong>!! We were so proud of ourselves. We did it in about<strong> 56 minutes</strong>. And that is with 2, 1 minute walk breaks. </p> <p>When we got back to our yard our neighbor was out so we stopped over and talked to him for a bit and I had a nice cold <strong>Bud Light</strong> for <strong>2 points</strong>. I had no idea it was taste so good after running…but it SURE did!!</p> <p>After our long run we were ready to re-fuel. So we headed inside and I was <strong>craving fruit</strong>! Love that!!
