Of course, that's also true of employment in general for this age group. <a href="http://research.stlouisfed.org/fred2/series/LNS14000012">The jobs just aren't there.</a> And in my opinion, no amount of optimistic wishing is going to make them magically reappear either, especially over the long-term.
