Today may be the second day of spring, but it still feels like winter. Thankfully it will warm up a few degrees by Saturday and my walking tour of the <a href="http://www.92y.org/Tribeca/Event/The-Highline-and-its-Environs.aspx">High Line and Its Environs</a>, given through 92Y Tribeca.
