Network Services Assistant - Wilton Library

<strong>Network Services Assistant</strong> - <span style="color: #48286d;"><strong>Wilton Library</strong></span> seeks a part-time Network Services Assistant (two Sundays per month: 1-5 pm) to manage its Intranet, update website, cover help desk functions, set up audio/visual presentations and maintain equipment. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), web browsers, web-based email, and photo editing software. Duties include updating of Intranet and website, setting up/operating audio/visual equipment (computers, projectors, microphones, movies, etc.); providing exceptional help desk support for patrons and staff; updating and maintaining computers, iPads, Nooks, and Kindles; rebuilding computers and replacing/repairing peripherals as directed; and other assignments as required. Successful applicant will be eager to learn, flexible, creative, a team player, and have proven interpersonal and teaching skills, along with problem solving abilities. Position available immediately.
