Headey then filed papers in response, claiming that she needs at least $6,000 from those joint funds in advance. Headey claimed that she's currently living on credit as she and her 2-year-old son Wylie Elliot are barely making ends meet, the site reported. She is also battling for child custody.</div><div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; padding: 0px;">The judge, however, reportedly denied Loughran's motion and tossed out Headey's proposal, which also included a provision to cover Loughran's living expenses with $6,000 from the refund. It is unclear how the issue will be resolved.</div><div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; padding: 0px;">It all seems a bit unusual since the premium cable channel's "Thrones," which premiered its third season last Sunday to record ratings, is one of the most popular shows on television.</div><div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; padding: 0px;">Headey is still reportedly expecting a payday in the near future.</div></div></div></div>
